1. Who we are
This website, regeninnovationlabs.com, is operated by Regeninnovation Labs, a unit of RG Software Services ("we", "us", "our"), Plot No 28, H.No 8-3-1110/D, Kesava Nagar, Srinagar Colony, Hyderabad, Telangana, 500073, India. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Contact: connect@regeninnovationlabs.com.
This policy covers this website and the personal data we receive when you visit it or contact us. Our product website, HRIA (hria.io), has its own policies.
2. The data we collect
- Enquiries. If you email us, we receive your email address, name, organisation, and anything you include in your message.
- Join us applications. If you submit the form on our Join us page, we receive your name, email address, optional phone number, college or organisation, whether you are a student or professional, what you are interested in, an optional LinkedIn or CV link and any message you add.
- Analytics data (only if you accept). Pages viewed, scrolling, clicks (including on buttons, email and outbound links), how you arrived (referring website and any campaign tags in the link), approximate location (country and city), language, device type, browser and screen size, and random identifiers stored in cookies. With Microsoft Clarity, we also see anonymised recordings and heatmaps of how pages are used. Clarity masks sensitive text by default.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type, for security and reliability.
We do not ask for, and do not intentionally collect, special categories of personal data through this website.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling or automated decisions, and we do not sell it.
4. Cookies
Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them. If you decline, or your browser sends a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal, we do not load Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity. Details are in our Cookie Policy. This website serves its fonts from its own servers, so loading the site does not send your IP address to a font provider.
5. Who we share data with
- Netlify, which hosts this website and receives Join us form submissions on our behalf.
- Google (Google Analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity), only if you accept analytics.
- Our email provider, which handles messages sent to connect@regeninnovationlabs.com.
- Professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires.
These providers process data on our behalf or under their own terms. We do not sell personal data.
6. International transfers
We operate from India, and our providers may process data in India, the European Economic Area, the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
7. How long we keep it
- Join us applications: for as long as needed to consider your application, and normally no longer than 12 months afterwards, unless you ask us to keep it longer or we start working together.
- Emails and enquiries: for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any relationship that follows, and normally no longer than three years after our last contact, unless the law requires longer.
- Analytics data: up to 14 months in Google Analytics. Microsoft Clarity keeps session recordings for a short period (currently about 30 days) and aggregated data for up to 13 months, under Microsoft's settings.
- Server logs: as long as our hosting provider keeps them for security and operations.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR, the UK GDPR and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy in a portable format, withdraw consent at any time, and complain to your data protection authority. To use these rights, email connect@regeninnovationlabs.com. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer of any page.
9. Children
This website is for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect children's data.
10. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
11. Links to other websites
This site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn, hria.io and our clients' sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
